What do you guys think about Oracle's Hood returning to the game?

Well, it gave critical strike (25%) and mana (500), but no other combat stats for it's cost of 2255 gold.

It's passive made any MAGIC damage have a chance based on crit chance to deal 25% extra true damage.

Basically, due to how crit itemization is (it's for AD's, and thus mainly gives AD stats) I can only see this being used on maybe Karthus as a lolzy extra damage item (and even then, literally any other completed AP item would be better).
