Just found out this!

Was closely monitoring my CPU and GPU stats during mid-late game when fps drops happen. Only 30% of my cpu is used and only 11% of my GPU,obviously game is not utilizing half of my PC power to run. So with that in mind why am i having 40-30 fps drops from 180 on game start? What did Riot do this patch with the game?
