Why is it ever since Darius nerfs I haven't been able to win lane against Yasuo?

Seriously. Darius vs Yasuo has always been e him when he tornadoes, try to hit your q but you probably won't, w him if he gets close, if you w you might get a free q off. Ever since the Darius got nerfed it doesn't work. Each time the Yasuo will shove under tower (not much different here), hit you with q if you try to farm, and once you are low he will get out of e range to tornado ult. If he doesn't do that, he makes himself nearly impossible to hit in an all in and even if you can get 5 stacks you won't have the damage to kill him. Is this just me or is this just how that works?

ps. yes this is because i basically just intfed a yasuo like a monkey and several before him
