I'm all for making Leblanc sound weak, but if I get sorcs over lucidity I win that fight 1v1 9/10 times.

This really depends on how the fight is played. Leblanc can't insta burst anymore so she has to out play to an extent to win. But it shouldn't be one sided unless someone decides to get in an AA contest with jinx.
