A new idea for riot to cash in on

Well since riot released the mastery system and people that just hit level 30 are scrambling to reach i high mastery rank with their favorite champs, I thought that riot would have already done this but i guess they haven't thought of it yet. My idea for riot to cash in on is "Mastery Rank Boosts" they would work like IP boost and exp boosts only it would affect how much mastery you would get on your champs. Simple enough to talk about it, but i wanna see if riot actually likes this idea so if anyone at riot likes this idea please comment below what your favorite champs are.
