Can something be done about top poaching?
Wasn't their a time when bot lane would poach the golems at the beginning of the game for an early level? Riot didn't like that so they made changes to prevent it.
Well now top lane is doing it.

I believe that was because only 1 side could do it. Currently both top laners with tp have equal opportunity to start at a camp.
Mordekaiser does it bot lane still with very little consequence, especially if both bot laners grabbed a relic shield.
What is your actual gripe here? There is enough camps to go around.
You talking enemy top taking your farm or complaining that allies are taking "farm that belongs to you?"
If A: duo top. If they leave to farm, take the tower. Meta has some down sides. Deal with it.
If B: uninstall and go play pokemon.
The reason they made changes to stop that was that it was much more feasible to do on one side of the map, to the point where one side of botlane had a default gold and xp advantage that allowed them to 100% get level 2 first which in a high level match is something that just can not be allowed for a healthy competitive game.
In top lane both players could do a camp and tp top at level 2, or 1 could and the other could go to lane and push for level 2 and hit it the same time the other guy tps in, only with a large minion advantage or refuse to get any last hits and pull the tower and freeze it there. Either way the guy who teleports forfeits control of the minion wave which is big enough to balance out their ability to skip level 1.
Only blue side was able to do the early golems which always give their bot lane a huge advantage over red side. Riot changed it so they couldn't do that anymore. Both top laners can take a camp and both can tp to lane with no advantage to either side so it's alright. The way this has shaped the meta and the champions that are viable top lane is pretty boring though
