When your team is losing 5/30 kills, 0/2 dragons, down 10k team gold, 0/5 towers in a normals match and your team doesn't want to forfeit [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I can understand your point of view as I've been there a few times but perhaps they're some how (while this may be masochistic) enjoying the game still or might still be attempting to practice something on live players and don't want to leave just yet.

i mean ive won several games in ranked in this exact same scenario but normal i would ff no reason to conitue

This is understand, under no circumstances have I ever clicked yes to surrender in a ranked match, but in a normals, I could care less.

same lol i rarely play normals as it is i will play norms to check out new champs and thats it in the elo im in i could careless about trying different champs in ranked and even so i go supp with them anyway to practice. new or different builds on champs i will still just go staright to ranked

Same here but as I've grown immune to salt most of the time if my teammates won't surrender then I typically won't either till we lose or they're ready to surrender
