If the person is afk after minions have reached second tower mid (whatever time that is), then you should be able to remake.

There was guy a few games ago that was afk but came back at around 2:10 in. Long story short, he fed bot because he fell behind in levels early game and gave the enemy easy first blood.

No, missing the first minion wave does not lose you the game lol

It's that players fault if he doesn't respect that he is behind in xp and sure, it can cause him to die but wanting to remake a game because of that is just insane
