Queue way too long...

I'm only level 12, queue shouldn't be this long, I'm not challenger. Anyone else getting this problem, or know how to fix it?

Nah, you're right, it's not normal. Personally, what I do is, if my queue timer ever go above 8 min, I cancel and restart. But for me it's quite rare, more something like a bug in the code than a real problem with the queue. If it happens too often, write a ticket to support.
Ok thanks, I tried restarting the queue a couple times guess im writing a support ticket that will get answered in a day
