Why is this game so annoying

Whenever you do bad the enemy talks so much shit, even if they aren't that good then your team mates start flaming you. Then if you do good they get butthurt and then still talk shit for no reason....

why is everyone so fuckin toxic like whats actually wrong with you people. people are so annoying and rude, that ive nearly broken my hand from punching my desk out of frustration.
