Is current rewards for Champion Mastery Level 7 enough??

As of now when you get a champion to level 7 mastery, you get a Mastery Badge Emote, Loading Screen Border and an Announcement Banner. Up to level 6 these rewards are fine, but getting a champion to level 7 is a whole different story. It takes lots of time and effort from the player to get their main champion to level 7 and getting the same rewards for that is not enough in my opinion. I have a suggestion that Riot should reward a player reaching level 7 mastery on a champion with gifting them a skin for that champion (am not talking about ultimate, legendary or rare skins, just normal low RP cost skins). Not every player have enough money to spent on RP to get a skin for their favourite champion. But these players spent their time and effort to get those champs to level 7 and they deserve an extra reward for that in my opinion. Even gifting a skin shard of that champion rather than the skin itself will be awesome.
