Is trolling in bot games and ruining others game punishable?

I was queueing for a bot game to try out the new champions in rotation. Got matched with a premade team of 4 players from the same club. During the game they were pinging on me nonstop with no reason. I told them to stop it. But still they continued to do it on me. They were also making fun of me in chat during the game. After all this at the end , both the nexus turrets were destroyed and the nexus was about to go down. At that moment I thought atleast I got the win but then one of them started a surrender vote and other 3 agreed to it and I lost the game for no reason. At the end game chat when i asked them why did u guys do all this, they replied that it was 'FUN'.

I don't know how ruining other people's games is fun.
