PBE shop

Why do we even have to buy anything? Why can't Rito just give us every champion and skin and emote and chroma and whatever else. I don't think anybody wants to spend the 30 minutes to buy everything in the game, when it could be (maybe) easily given to everybody on the PBE. Not to mention the months you would have to wait, grinding the small (by PBE standards) amount of RP and BE, for months.

because its harder for them to just add every skin and champion onto accounts manually one by one then it is to just give us the funds to purchase them as we want to test them. They already put all the champions on free rotation i think, there are bundles so you can buy to unlock them all.

No effort required to buy them really.
