I'm happy for the marksmen update but Lucian kinda feels like he got the bottom of the barrel. Like you all had wonderful ideas for the marksmen and forgot about Lucian then one person said "oh yeah he exists what should we do?" "Umm idk how about we shift his ult from atk speed?"
Basically i am asking if this is the only planned change for him. And also what are your ideas about his identity?

Hencho1011 votesI feel like that lucian is just a dead AD when they nurfed him with his E now costing mana and not removing slows anymore with his low range, it kinda just killed him. He can't do much early game with his mana unless you play it well. I play allot of lucian and i rush a 
for the life steal + % max health damage with his passive and AS for his ult. I don't know what will be the thing now, maby your build is like a normal AD's now the hole IE,PD,boots,BT,LW,GA? What ever it is
will not be in his build anymore

Beuhlakor1 votesWith the new items, I think that the changes on his ultimate is a good idea.
You no longer need AS to increase the damages of his ultimate. You can now focus on heavy AD and CDR in order to proc his passive a lot (increased damages) and therefore, in order to have mobility.
ER and trinity will give him 40% crit chances and 40% CDR. His CD are going to be pretty damn low and thanks to that, you will be able to use a lot more his E (better mobility) and proc Sheen a lot and his passive a lot.
His midgame will be considerably stronger at least. No idea about this lategame though.
Darth Valer1 votesThe problem with Losecian is that he's balanced for a time when he was built differently. Now that his optimal build doesn't include CDR, he has troubles doing his thing (that is, dashing through the battlefield with tons of mobility resets and doing lotsa damage while dodging skillshots and kiting people).
The new itemization will ]UNLOCK[ Losecian allowing him to do his job as it was meant to be.
