Shyvana doesn't need a rework, she needs a revert.

There is absolutely no legitimate reason to rework shyvana other than "Change for the Sake of change" which is not a good reason to rework anything.

1. Shyvana is not graphically out of place. She's not as super high quality as say Morde, but she's not too far behind Neeko either.

2. Shyvana does not need combat changes, outside of a revert. of Dragon E back to W. If the problem is AP, we already had several years where this was not an issue.

The only thing Shyvana needs is to be reverted back to Scorched Earth on W. Where she scorches the ground when she runs with W on in dragon form. That's it. That is all that needs to happen.

Shyvana never had an issue with being AP before this. Occasionally people would build sorc boots LichBane Shyvana, but that was when DFG was in the game, and there was no real reason to play this build legitimately. Shyvana's burning earth scaled on AD, but Shyvana never built straight AD items to make it a serious problem. Burning earth made up for her lack of CC. Shyvana's Ulti is unstoppable. That is all she needs.

Shyvana up for a rework is pointless and meaningless. She is not out of meta, unpopular, or problematic in the ways that Sion, TF, Poopy, Soraka, ect were. She has no need for extensive updating, it's a waste of time. Her balance issues now are related to the prevelance of AP, and it was never a problem when she had Scorched Earth on W.

All that really needs to happen is a revert on her E. And it solves the issues she has at hand.
