Why did you guys (Riot) make the W missile speed so slow? It is so slow it seems like my fps or computer is slowed down when she does it. I get the idea of what you guys were trying to do but I feel you made the ability all but useless. Why have a mobility move if it's gonna be so slow?
She has 4 forms of mobility tied to that single ability and moving around that quickly with that much damage on such a low cooldown is toxic.
Leblanc is probably too fast to be healthy in the first place. It made her good in the LCS. Perhaps more problematic in YoloQ where people don't have perfect connection speeds. But it's up front damage and wave clear are untouched so a good chunk of her power remains intact.
And that's ultimately Riots goal. Introduce counterplay to an OP champion while keeping their key strengths intact.
if you can't figure out how to keep her fast, even with that being slower - the problem is not with the champion.

Here's why they had to slow it down: it was so fast that people didn't have time to react to it. It's totally fine that she can nuke squishies, but she can't have THAT much potential to escape so easily afterward.
They changed the missile speed from insanely fast to just fast. It's still faster than most dashes, it's just not as good as a blink anymore.
It's like someone with a 5k dmg nuke nerfed to 4k dmg nuke saying "how can i nuke anyone now! omg so useless now!"
Honestly, as someone who plays LB.. I feel like this was a net buff. I would often go for a quick Q+W combo against someone like Diana, who can shield my combo if she's fast(Thereby I had to be faster) and end up landing the W before the Q hit, and not popping it. That doesn't happen to me anymore. xD
alright you win. Lets just remove W and add a nuke that DOESN'T dash
