illaoi ult FREEZING the screen

All day today, every time I ULT as illaoi, ESPECIALLY if I hit 3 or more it seems, my game freezes for like 2 seconds. Is this some known bug or something because it's never done this before for me. Extremely frustrating using my ULT and then my game freezes for 2 seconds, totally screwing me over.
