Do normal blind pick and other game modes affect your MMR??

Yes, but you have a separate MMR for both ranked and normals

Yes, they affect your mmr, but keep in mind that ARAM, Diminion, Twisted Treeline, and Summoner's Rift each keep track of a separate mmr for you. And ranked also keeps track of your mmr separately from the non-ranked versions, too. And changing your mmr in one mode has no effect on your mmr in any of the other modes.
