How to improve in league

Ourada··1 votes·303 views

I have been trying to climb out of Silver and keep going through patches where i reach a tier, or possibly a new tier, but then i go on a loss streak. I usually try to do Viktor or Anivia mid lane and sometimes I smash the lane, other times I manage to prolong the enemy team from taking turret. Some games my team isn't doing so well and I want to go gank but I dont know if it would be worth the chance of losing tower. I would love any advice or even some tips if you look at my games to help me improve because I do want to hit gold before the end of the season. Should I try a different champ mid lane or try doing a different lane? I do Alistar for sup if I do get autofilled but I feel like i can contribute more if I'm in a place to help out other lanes. I do take ignite for kill pressure but have been wondering if I should take TP so I can make last second ganks to turn the tides or even split push. Thank you for your time and any tips you decide to share.

I'd love to help you but I can't bring myself to read that giant textbox. Space some shit out and I'd be happy to help <3

Tldr: How to win more games.

My advice? Play a 1v9 champ and get good at it.

I really hate this comment, but I am going to upvote anyway. Anivia is a beast with a good team, I can pretty much hold any mid to at least a standstill or win mid, but in reality she is so slow, and her attacks are so slow that she jsut can't range as well as mobile champs and so it is difficult to help other lanes and not lose lane strength. If you are half decent, you are never going to be the reason your team loses, but you will likely never be the reason your team wins either. Quite honestly I have felt more impact playing support on her, because then you can enable your adc to do better and win. But if the other side has a mobile champ it is really easy to dodge her Q and put her down.

thank you very much! I will keep that in mind when I play her!

Learn from your mistakes, and learn from players around you. If someone is doing particularly well, whether they be ally or enemy, pay attention to what they're doing, even try asking questions after the game.
