How to improve in league

I have been hard stuck in Silver now for about 1,000 games in ranked. I'm a mid laner that mains Viktor and Vlad (as well as anivia or Kass if need be) but I am not getting anywhere. I have tried so hard to work better on myself as a player to ward more, to roam as much as I can, to help secure objectives. It really pains me to come here and ask help because I thought I would naturally just improve with all these games I have played but I'm just stuck. Is there any advice from my games that you can see, if you wouldn't mind looking, and I do know that there are games that are because of me that we lost which I utterly hate letting down my teammates. If anything, I would rather lose 10 games from other players letting our team down, then to lose 1 game because I let the team down. I just really want to hit Gold just for a small personal victory for me but right now I just don't know what to do. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
