Help me how to beat singed and heimerdinger

I am having huge problems playing against hemerdinger and singed toplane, feels like I cant leave my lane or my turret is immediately gone, and they cant be fought 1 vs 1, and ganks dont even do much vs them, more likely you or your jungler get killed...

Any advices and counters are welcome, even they have been counterpicked when I have picked yasuo.

Heimer I was able to beat last game during lane and have like double farm to anyone on game, but my team went 0/20 meanwhile so it was kind of most impossible game ever to carry since I was farming under turret first 15 minutes while my team lost everything.

But singed no way, cant fight him pre 6, junglers dont really gank and after that hes just impossible to kill, and usually my midlaner or jungler comes and dies to him.

Feels like if my team is behind and I am vs heimer or singed, there is absolutely nothing I can do about it to win game.
