I pick Fiora and the enemy immediately locks Teemo. Teemo should be banned from ranked. Can't even CS vs a Teemo. Its complete anti fun. Standing simulator 2016 at its best.

Depending on what ELO you are then Teemo shouldn't be an issue. I was playing Shaco top lane against a Teemo and I got the first kill of on Teemo and he stayed back and played passive which allowed me to to keep killing him. Teemo is a champ for people who are afriad of losing matches.

Best counters IMO are Poppy and Olaf (just max E get it to level 5 easy 300 true damage).
