Tron Character?

Does anybody know if there's a character who throws discs as a weapon? I'm new to league and I don't know all the characters.

Sivir 's about the closest thing, so not really

Ekko throws a weird device with his Q that is somewhat similar to a Tron disc. But that's the closest we have.

There is PAX Sivir which is actually inspired by Tron but it's Legacy and is unobtainable by normal means http://i.imgur.com/tF8w5kg.png

It would be really cool if they did make a character who uses discs as their primary weapon.
