Braun Support Build?

I've been playing a TON of Braum support lately but I don't feel that my build is the best. Any recommendations?

Relic shield support item, sightstone, locket, boots are 4 things off the top of my head that are going to be pretty cosnistent between matches. Knights vow/redemption are two more items that might be slightly more situational.

relic shield > taragon's brace > fotm Sightstone > ruby sightstone boots > swiftness, mercs or tabi, depending on your opponents. Knight's Vow <> Locket Defensive item with health, depending on your opponents.

That would be my build, but the order of items varies depending on the enemy team.

I typically find Redemption feels like a waste on Braum since he has no shields or heals outside of FoTM and Locket if he builds them, and he doesn't build healing/shielding itemisation.

it helps him when he had to be in the middle of shit as a meat shield and he can use it and combined with locket to make it impossible to blow him up

and for how cheap it is and the amount of hp this build provides him

500 hp+ 500hp +300hp +500 hp is 1800 hp in items... 40% cdr +90armor +115 mr +475% hp regen +25% from passive of spirit visage and shields from locket... aoe slow with randiums + attack speed debuff + crit reduction

and if you include a rune page like +21 armor +216hp @ lvl 18 + 8mr +9mr @ lvl 18 + a 0-12-18 mastery page plus his scaling of 2055 hp 103 armor and 53 mr

so we end up with 4071 hp, 214 armor , 185 mr , 40% cdr and all the regen, shields , and passives ( not including defensive masteries that boost these stats)

and with out finishing boots this build cost 12600 gold which is very achievable by supports in a game and if you include either mercs or ninja tabs depending on what you are facing you get more armor or more mr

so either 244 armor or 210 mr

I find Knights vow overall more useful. I feel far more unkillable with it and it gives me in- combant MS.

But that might just be me.

try this

item 2303 item 3109 item 3050 item 3143 item 3190

its more armor... give you ways to boost your adc to help keep them save with the items but less hp

Typically I would get Frozen heart instead of Zeke's for the CDR an Aura.

Personally, I am partial to: item 3158 item 2303 item 3109 item 3110 item 3190

Good candidates for your last item are: item 3143 item 3107 item 3075 item 3512

to each their own and no one build is ideal for all games and situations... you have to adjust and build accordingly

however.... i would have to say the more HP you get on a champ like braum the better....

and in your core build of item 3158 item 2303 item 3109 item 3110 item 3190 lacks HP you only are building 500 hp with and when you include the item of you take true damage as who ever you tagged with it takes damage... which with low hp makes you easier to die

just my opinion
