Matchmaking NEEDS FIXING

i shouldnt have to be the one who has to tell you, in a ladder ranking....if you have 10 rungs, you dont start new people out at rung 8

for those that dont know, when u start an account for ranked, your mmr is about gold5 level, if u win (depending on ur MMR already because normals do slightly affect it going it) then you can get place anywhere from b5-gold5

ive gotten 3 accounts to gold, when i got there i was sad to learn that you can be gold2 with a win in promos for gold 1 then do your placements and get cut right back down to bronze 4....is it trash? completely, but what makes it worse is having to climb up back through and constantly being held back by horrible people being in games they have no buisness being in

now before people say teams cant hold you back if you are good enough, blah blah blah, thats utter bullshit and ill explain why. First its a team game, to say otherwise is crap, and last but certainly not least, is YOU can NEVER be BETTER than someone can be BAD......let me give u an example

say ur #1 syndra in the world, faker if u will, and you go against someone who is actualy playing and not retarded, they wont die then keep running into you, but i can go top and keep running into that champ

10mins comes and faker is 3/0 and the top lane is 10/0..... try winning, oh yea bot lane is 10/0 for the enemy also and so is their jungle, now 3 are camping mid while ur team runs around and dies in the jungle constantly as they oush ur base......you can never be better than someone can be trash, and this is a team game
