the jungle is one thing, minions are another
the jungle doesnt afk push ur towers down when its a 5v5 happening mid (granted if you got a slowpush going for that time)
but now you can literally have 6 extra minions in your lane....go mid to answer the 5v5, win the 5v5, and still lose a turret...
that is alot different than the jungle mobs getting more hp, sorry to break it to you and pepperidge farms

-Changed vision game -Changed early game mana -Changed potions -Reworked/Released tons of AD items -Increased cost of AP items -major changes to 1/3 of the marksmen -Massive mastery rework
Then on top of that just about every change that wasn't a change specifically targeting marksmen felt like it was an afterthought.
-Gold yields from support items -Masteries for mages/tanks/utility -AP item adjustments -MR changes -Starting items (where is AP equivalent of Cull?) -How crit focused gameplay for ADCs would affect other champions -Mana Changes
It's like they tried to balance a balance by adding weight to one side and removing weight from the other, while also changing the length of the arms, and changing the friction at the point of rotation, all simultaneously.

but this season alone they could changed pretty much every champ, rework a bunch of them, go over stats for everything from jungle to minion to turrets, revamp a bunch of items, remove item, and add items

almost as much as riot axes and meddler in the post about the 4v5 and minions having more power for the team w/o afk.....what got me was when he said this was a comeback buff....how does giving their minions more damage give you a comeback buff exactly?
riot just legit boggles my mind...on top of the fact they always use isn't instead of is...example it isn't our intention to just nerf all mages...but then they proceed to buff mr, tone down armor, buff ad, hike up the costs on ap items, bring down ap items power, nerf mana regen
it may have not been their intention, but they nerfed it in every aspect you possibly can
riot just makes me sad, oh well, time to find a new game till they come to their senses but lets be real. i dont see that ever...ever....in the history of their updates....ever happening

The downfall began since last season, with the apex of Riot's retardation regarding player relations/communication, horrible gameplay/balance choices, and their retarded policies towards afks/trolls/feeders.

The changes in the preseason are all pretty heavily intertwined. Some things can't be broken down into smaller chunks. Doing just a couple of new items at a time won't work without the appropriate adjustments to the rest of the item system for example, since the new ones will be either too good or too weak if they're not in sync with the overall system. Additionally many components are heavily dependent on others. Marksmen kit updates for example are dependent on overhauling AD itemization and vice versa for example - the new items were developed with the updated kits in mind, and those kits were developed within a context of improved AD itemization. Things like Masteries could have been separated out, but that then means going through a period of significant disruption, balancing the game after those changes and then doing the same thing again shortly after. There's a limited window we've got where we're not impacting ranked or pro play, so getting stuff in right at the start of that and then taking as much time as available to improve's really valuable.
arcinex6 votesI find it hard to believe that people had to actually play on this patch to realize how bad it was. On paper (PBE notes) it was easily the worst patch in league to date. ADC's needed a buff definitely. Nerfing AP mids to the point of being non-existent? I have no words. Jungle changes? I had back to back games where either I or the enemy jungler died at a camp.
Now it's which AD mid lane stomps the other and push mid or whose graves gets fed.

The Patriachy3 votesThe problem is the ad meta makes it impossible to comeback. It was possible to comeback in mage/tank metas because of bad engages/flashing abilities. An AD meta is just point and click with items. Impossible to comeback if you're behind on items.

dont get me wrong some of the ideas they came out with i like, but a MAJORITY is just str8 garbage...did u think turrets were to strong? ur fine with fb then auto splitpushes in sidewaves while they outnumber another lane?not only nerfing all the ap items yet buffing mr at the same time? etc etc? if so you're not using much logic
-now if you get a kill in halo you get double hp and one shot the enemy, but its ok, its preseason so everything is fine-..........no, it isnt lol

I wasn't referring to the changes Riot made, I was referring to people having shit fits and acting like the game was so balanced before but is now totally broken. It happens every season, Riot throws a monkey wrench into the balance machine to keep things different and fresh... and people promptly lose their shit.
All the balance changes, I can adapt to. Heck as a bruiser/tank main, I'm looking forward to this next season. It's going to be a good challenge personally. Heck, jungle is getting some much needed love, there's my second role getting some attention right there. And on top of all that, the one ADC I actually like 
has actually gotten some work and the new items actually give him a great build path!

When you want to keep people coming back to your game. If nothing changed, the game would grow stale quickly and you'd see players drop off by the thousands on a daily basis.

GenghisEmo2 votesWell, i thought Cinderhulk was broken, Sion anything was broken, and Sejuani was OP (mid, supp, top, jg XD). But... this is worse XD. Even in S5 preseason i remember making comebacks, now i cant XD (even outplaying a Yasuo while being countered by Yasuo isn't enough to kill a Yasuo).
Oh and while DFG was still a thing and Katarina was super OP. Yeah, even then I still had better experiences XD. I regret ever complaining about them, least they felt like i could counter them or counter-play them XD (DFG wasn't really counter-able, but at least you can DFG them back ^_^ even if they had a lead on you). Now you get a lead, and you pretty much win in 25 minutes.
