The 12% healing is awesome, especially for champs with multiple physical abilities like pantheon and zed, but the 12% damage taken is DoT thing is so small it's barely noticable. I love the item, but I want the DoT to be stronger. Then I will really feel like I'm dancing with death.

Death's Dance now singlehandedly increases burst threshold by 100% but reduces longterm poke survival time by 33%. Very good item to get vs Pantheon, Riven, and Talon. Very bad item to get vs Brand, Xerath, and Nid.
