we replaced lethality adcs with bork adcs
same thing both are strong faster than they should be
except that bork adcs are stat-checking the game without counterplay
i can't wait for this item to be removed

"Removed" is a bit extreme...
Rebalanced is more accurate and likely.
Oh but see, Riot wants ADCs to be gods. ADC is their most profitable role, and with a new Cait skin coming up, they've all gotta be god-tier.
I miss the old good times when ADC would go IE, BT, phantom dancer etc. It was the most balanced time for adc.
