Being inevitably auto executed feels horrible. Having an auto execute feels like someone else took your kill and gave it to you. It feels all around bad, it's frustrating, and it's boring, lazy game play.

I know it's bugged, but even with the proper 20% execute it just feels so wrong and against everything this game used to stand for.

This game used to be about strategy, winning by a hair, sneaking out of a bad team fight at 14 health. If riot doesn't do anything about this, I'm afraid I'll just get bored and quit altogether.

Maybe I'll become one of those aram only players...

I tried bringing this up when it was announced but people didn't listen. Elder dragon should have a bonus for getting it, but the execute is too much.

At this point it might as well be an alternate win condition.

It changed the way you played and how everyone played so it was scrapped. What changed in these 2 years?

Since we've had Urgot (25%), Pyke (30% for most ADCs and Enchanters) and now this, 20% HP = dead. Enemy team gets Elder? Your 4000 HP tank now only has 3200HP, they have to back out else they'll just die at 800 HP when that can be useful in prolonged fights.

This Elder change isn't so get you to fight, it's to not fight, to back away and let the team with that buff win, get the game over with.

Executes in this game need removing or to be next to useless unless you are basically dead anyway.

Execute in general is not fun for anyone but the person doing it in all honesty.. But this elder shit just seems bugged at the moment, also doesn't it just make Pyke and other executes useless if their team has it?

To be fair, if you're losing FOUR dragons to the enemy team, and then a FIFTH, you kinda deserve to be vaporized for not exercising good objective control.

Because Elder Dragon doesn't spawn until a team has the Dragon Soul, which means that at MINIMUM, either team has secured 4 dragon kills, at most, a 3-4 split (which is what, 15-20 minutes of pure spawning time for dragon?). Elder Dragon is a monstrously powerful late-game objective, as it should be.

Everybody knows Riot-tencent are just making the game shorter for the chinese demographic who don't own home pcs. They use game cafes and having shorter games is better for them, compared to the old 30-45 minute games.

They want money and nothing else, they couldn't give a fuck about the community at all and they've proved this hundreds of times now.

Also, they could be shortening game times for the inevitable mobile release. Nobody wants to sit on their phones for 45 minutes in a game, the whole point for a mobile game is to be quick for downtime.

right from the moment this elder buff shit was introduced, everyone knew it was a bad idea, there were threads politely disapproving it, but rito just doesn't give a shit; even well reasoned, polite feedback means absolutely nothing for them...

I totally agree with you. I would honestly like this changed or removed. I played a game yesterday against an AP Shyvana as Jinx. Their team got elder dragon and all she had to was ult and press E and it one shot me with elder execute... I literally felt like their was no winning against that because that's ALL she had to do. What skill is involved in that? I feel like this game has just gone downhill strategically and it's really what got me into it in the first place. The damage creep is absolutely too much.

I just uninstalled it I highly recommend it, The game is too frustrating to bother playing anymore This pre season is already the worst one i've seen

Halo Reach is coming to PC soon, I'd say that's something to quit this game for

i have yet to play a game longer than 20mins so the dragon actually spawns 8^ )

when can we have 50+ min games again, im sick of joining a game and wasting 15mins of my time doing fast recall meta grey screen simulator

I have to agree on this even though a lot of the things in League I'm just like "Okay whatever, I'll deal with it, it's not really a problem." This is a totally different story though. Last thing we need is more executes.

just riot doing their job. nobody wants it so it's staying in game. but when everyone starts to want it they remove it (nexus blitz, urf, bans in aram, etc)

Kind of agree. I thought the elder execute looked cool at first, but much prefer the older style of feeling like you have a steroid boost. And ya, getting eldered feels lame. I'm not one to surrender easily and always want to push back, but when your team gets wiped after 5 quick elder pops it's time to throw in the towel.

I get that before with burn damage you'd be doing that execute damage just spread out... so perhaps this was intended as a cosmetic upgrade, while buffing tanks a bit? I don't know. But it's kind of a miss. I don't think dragons should repeat after the third spawn either. And what's up with cloud's ult CDR on champs with no ult?

Honestly , silver players shouldn't complain. Learn how to play the game first and then you will see Elder Drake is not broken.
