Suggestion: Split summoner spells in "mobility" and "utility"?

I'd like to propose a change to make the game more diverse since summoner 4 is by far the best summoner spell. Since almost every champion uses it, my idea is that instead of two slots for any two summoner spells, there should be one slot for mobility spells and another one for utility spells. Utility spells would be every current spell except for summoner 4 and summoner 6 . Mobility spells would be Ghost and Flash, but also new alternatives to flash, for example:

Flash: Same as live. The most versatile of all mobility spells.

Ghost: Same as live, maybe some buffs to compete with the other spells, like a higher movespeed that decays, or something like that.

Mirage flash: Same effect as Mirage blade active from Black Market brawlers (teleports you in the oposite direction of an enemy), same range as flash. Lower cooldown to compensate.

Dash: Dashes a very small distance, but it has a low cooldown.

Charged flash: After channeling for some time, blinks towards the cursor. Range is longer than flash, but the channeling makes it hard to use for escaping. (Similar to fiddlesticks ultimate).

So basically, here you will have several options for your mobility spell, depending on what you need. You take flash for its versatility, ghost on people who prefer lower mobility for a longer time (Nasus, Singed, Tryndamere), Mirage flash for escaping more often, but you lose the ofensive plays you can make with flash, Dash for a short range mobility on a low cooldown and Charged flash for ganking or initiating. And on the other slot you take barrier for defense, ignite for early kills, etc.

The spells are just some suggestions and there could be other better ideas, but I think this should be implemented since every game everyone always has flash, and if they don't they have ghost (except for the strange cases of people running teleport/ignite or ignite/smite), so this would at least add more variety to the actual game.
