Yi finally in a good state?

because he is unplayable in most current matchups... early game, bursty jg champs are meta rn and yi loses hard to them.take it from me, a guy with 120k points on the champ and a resident jg main. yi is hard to balance since he just hard farms and wins based off of late game, but late game is soon distant right now in most games, he can't reach his main powerspikes unless you are in low, low elo, where you can get a triple at 5 min into the game.
