@Riot, Do you consider rune pages when you nerf champions?
Just thought about it. what if theres a rune page full AD or AP or whatever role they play, and it becomes op. its the rune page thats scaling. not the champion? hmmm idk. RIP

what you deserve1 votesthere's no reasonable way that a page of all ad or all ap runes would ever actually be "op" considering you can still dodge most abilities in the game. It's just pure cheese and you don't balance around outlying cheese picks
