Pyke Is Too Strong to Share Kill Gold

If solo-top Pyke shares kill gold, shouldn't all tops do so? It seems like gold-sharing is a concession made to a champ with holes in their kit. Pyke can hold is own solo top at the highest level. That gives quite the indirect buff to junglers and roaming mids on his team. The opposition does not gain a definitive advantage in trade for Pyke having that massive team asset in a solo lane (a full damage champ sharing bounties). Pyke (or the game) should be balanced so solo laning he exist to setup his jungler or other teammate, not win lane or be a kill threat unless ulting on top of someone else's damage. Basically he should lose all solo trades unless monumentally ahead building tank. All in all, he has to be a bad laner if he has such a massive asset in his kit. Something that can give a team an extra 2k gold in 2 seconds should have quite the cost in someone's power budget.
