Since DFG is being removed
Could we please unnerf some of Evelynn's major nerfs, like perhaps her E being magic damage again, and her ult being % max health, or having a base damage atleast?

The removal of DFG lets mages be appropriately balanced since it does not have to be accounted for. Many mages can get direct buffs which will benefit them in situations where their DFG would have been on cooldown (or prior to it being bought)
Evelynn is definitely one that should see such a change; she was nerfed heavily patch after patch after patch solely because of this item and its interactions with her kit. Without that item, her assassinations are much less toxic, and as such, her nerfs should be reversed. She should be able to fulfill her role as an assassin just as many of the assassins currently can.
At the very least, her ult should return to max % hp or receive a base damage so it can be actually useful against low HP targets in a single-target situation as this is one of her main flaws. She can be killed by other assassins and does not have execute potential since her ultimate will not do any damage in a pinch and provide a measly shield in a 1v1. Or have it be like Karthus Q, if it only hits a single target then it will deal max % hp or something. That will at least make it useful in a 1v1 situation where you aren't already ahead.
Why does the DFG removal bring up Eve? She's been built AD over AP for the longest time now.

if DFG gets removed.. LOL then dont R.I.P to all the AP mages / assassins on mid lane as well.. as if the mana regen nerfs weren't enough to kill some mana reliant AP champs. Now they plan to kill AP champs in general when DFG gets taken out.. LOOOL veigar, kat, morde. annie are only a few champs who benefits from this item, one even has it as a core item.. and those champs are barely played nowadays.. wonder what will happen if they took it out? might as well erase AP champs in the game right?
