Best way to beat nasus?
I dont really play top but no one in my elo seems to know how to handle a nasus so i was wondering what champions are good against him in lane and what champions stand a chance against him late game

Teemo is one. 
At least for laning phase.

These three can handle Nasus up to a point. Once Nasus has like 700, it gets iffy.
If it's REALLY late game, these three will be able to beat Nasus, not necessarily easily though.
If you're wondering about how Thresh could beat Nasus, it's a really specific scenario.
Top Thresh built like this will almost certainly beat Nasus no matter how many stacks he gets
The problem is getting to that point, Thresh doesn't do well in solo lanes but his scaling is absurd

Does thornmail help against the nasus q?
there are 2 methods, the first being harass him early into oblivion and force him out of lane. make him miss farm and delay him, potentially kill him. the other method is to stand on top of enemy minions as a tanky top laner like mundo, maokai, renekton, trundle etc etc, you'll get hit, but he still misses Q farm.
Play a mobile character, and build damage early
beats him hands down. SOOO easy man.
Literally any champion who can go aggro early on.
Really important tip for laning against Nasus that a lot of people don't seem to understand. Nasus likes farming under his tower because he's safe and it leave his opponent exposed to ganks (and Wither is great for setting them up). You have to try and free the minion wave at a position where you can zone him from farm.

Nasus is susceptible to being kited during teamfights, so many supports and mages work well against him in teamfights. I'd probably recommend:
Since he's a tank, having a champion who excels at killing tanks is quite valuable. Mixed or percent health damage on other champions is also useful.
Since Nasus is a tank, you need to have some form of percent pentration to appropriately deal with him and percent health damage is useful as well. Nasus is vulnerable to slows, so they'll help your team kite him.
Nasus's Q is his primary form of damage and he doesn't typically itemize for armor penetration, so a little armor goes a long way against him. It also counts as an autoattack, which helps as well if you intend to duel him.
Speaking as both a Nasus and a Master Yi player, Master Yi will pretty much always win fights against Nasus assuming they are relatively even. Highlander lets you ignore Wither, you can use Meditate to block a Q, and Master Yi can easily take teleport to splitpush against Nasus. My preferred build for dueling someone like Nasus as Yi is:

As said, anyone who can punish him hard every time he tries to get a stack. The problem is that the best you can do is just delay his late game. If the game lasts enough he will outscale everybody unless he has half brain. I went 4/0 and 5/0 against him with teemo and rumble and still he ended up being the scary Nasus we all know. He is such a retarded champ.
How to handle nasus: at level 2/3, take your champion, and slap nasus in the face. repeatedly. Slap him so hard the doge runs back to tower. now farm minions on his side of the river, without pushing. He has no power at low levels. he wants to farm, make him walk up to you and trade for it. With each new minion wave that comes, go into the top bush on his side or the middle for a moment. If he comes to farm, slap him in the face.
TL;DR: make his life hell, don't let him farm. at all. its not 'punish him for cs', it's 'you aren't allowed in melee range of minions. they're all mine, so f*** you.
