She always seemed good to me, they are increasing her base damage significantly across the board. Did she ever seem weak in her current state? Anyone (especially those experienced with Ahri) please give your opinion on these changes thanks!
Arctic Wolf2 votesThis is actually a nerf to her live ability. While it appears to be a slight buff, it was done to compensate for the removal of DFG from the game. Now with her Charm also being changed to not allow her to deal increased damage for a short duration, her overall damage will be significantly lower

Its a buff if you don't
In both cases the damage difference is around 100
Overall its a pretty big buff and it makes it even more mindless to play, since before you actually needed an slight amount of skill to hit your charm before you could burst
It's also doubtful she really needs this buff, yea she was hit hard after DFG being removed. However her main strength was never her burst, but her reliability and mobility. She has great amounts of lane healing and mobility.
There are plenty of other AP mages that need love before her
It is likely that her played amount would hardly even drop much even with the nerfs and without compensation buffs
However Riot would need to nerf Fizz, Yasuo and Zed more to lower their current dominance of mid lane

Hasztalan21 votesNo she did not need the changes. Fucking bs champ with mindless gameplay. Doesn't matter how hard it is to hit her Q or E if u can hit W and R 3times to delete anybody.
