Can we get Yasou to a 100% ban rate?

He already has a 60% ban rate. We don't actually need that many more people to ban it. Maybe, just maybe if we get enough of a ban rate riot will realize they are trying to make s3 kassadin again and nerf their monster.

We tried that when they reworked the ban system. He passed 100% ban rate, they promised to rework him into something bearable for both sides, four months of "still nothing solid" ensued. A year of silence later Ghostcrawler denied they ever said they'd rework him.
