Can solo/duo become just solo?

I really don't like losing games to a botlane duo or a mid jg duo thats way more coordinated and therefore stomps whatever lane they queue up for. I would be more than happy to wait another 2 minutes before every game so I didn't have to see a duo. I know you're saying "just queue up with someone," that's just not fun for me. I like playing solo. While duo's don't show up every game, when they do, you can basically call gg just by which team has more pairs, which is ridiculous. I would really really like to see an option to not have to face them, even if it meant more queue time.
