I feel like the grading system needs some attention

I'm not asking for info on it riot just wanting something looked at. I just played a normal draft as jungle zac. I made some devastating ganks and tower dives, grabbed every dragon (literally every dragon that spawned), and my KDA was 4/3/11 (my bot lane was a yasuo and a zed). I feel like i contributed a great deal to my team and my kda shouldn't of been anything to hold me back either. I know I didn't do spectacularly so I wasn't expecting an s or anything but when I checked my grade after the enemy team FF'd with literally no towers and only 1 inhib I checked my grade for the match and I got a B-...

B-!?!?!? I know i did good by my team and my overall performance so how the hell do i get a grade for below average? does this make sense to anyone? I regularly ganked, had awesome objective control, and in general fulfilled a tanks job so this does not compute with me.

My guess as to why you got the grade you did was your damage and cs were low. Unfortunately riot's grading system can't really grade you on mechanical skill or play making, so even lcs players don't always get s ranks.

well i knew i wasn't going to do that well. If i even got an A- I wouldn't of even questioned it. just infuriates me because i did so well with drag control and set up kills that allowed my teammates to even capture towers. I guess if that grading system is all about game statistics then it wouldn't have given me much.

For something that's there to reward you for doing your job well it doesn't feel very rewarding for the guys who bite the statistical bullet for their teams sake. I mean zed and yasuo are imposing but they wouldn't have gotten very far down bot lane without a tower dive gank and the opportunity to take the tower after.
