Bringing Back a Bad Item

With the new Cho'gath, I believe an item removed 7 years ago needs some love because it has so much potential. It would work wonderfully with him and make him scarier to deal with. (Maybe it could be reworked to stack as dual resistances?) Either way, I believe with the current meta this item would do very well if it'ss theme was revamped. I've always liked items that affect the game in such a living and fluid manner. You have much more control but you can definitely risk a lot in return if you make bad decisions. What do you guys think?
