We need to fix troll duos

I had a game recently where two players queued up botlane and fed. They refused to surrender and forced us to deal with their lane. Afterwards, they both simultaneously afked.

I got trolled by a duo, heavily, I asked the other team to report them, and the trolls LIED and said I was being toxic, and that I called them the 'N' word, and that I was being really hateful. I wasn't!! I can take a picture of my chat logs from the game that I received the ban and post it here. The enemy team believed what the trolls said to them, and the trolls asked the other team to report me for being toxic. They all reported me and I received a 2 week ban. "From player driven reports, your account has been suspended for 2 weeks."
I'd love to be able to say I understand where you're coming from, but I'm not seeing what you're seeing I guess.
I see Jhin and Thresh die twice each under their own turret, one death at 4.5 minutes, two at 9.5 minutes, and then the enemy adc takes bottom tower.
At that time, the enemy also gets dragon, and picks up quite a number of kills on your team at dragon pit. Then Kalista got a quadra kill on four different members of your team. I imagine at this point Jhin/Thresh were kind of mad they didn't get more help from mid/jungler when they were being dove by Kalista/Taric (which is a VERY hard combo to play against).
Did they have a right to flame you or afk? No. But did they have a right to not surrender? Yes. Further, you don't know (unless they talked about it) who voted to surrender and who didn't.
TL;DR: Looks like you're misinterpreting the game. They had a bad game, weren't getting much help, had a very hard lane matchup, and then they left. Were they right to leave? No. Was it them trolling/feeding intentionally like you claim? Also no.
Are you sure they're trolling? Have you played with them before to know that that is their actual skill level to know they're intentionally playing badly?
