Braum is broken

Yea.. he's pretty strong at the moment. As ADC his Q chunks off your health and his passive is very strong aswell

is good basically his job is "protect the adc". His kit basically revolves around it (aside from his R)

His q is a slow

his passive pretty much "hit them enough for stun"

his W is a nice jump with a deff buff and positions him as a meat shield

his E blocks projectiles and cushions damage (amazing for running away from a bad fight or blocking execution ultimates)

R is pretty much a "not so fast!" ultimate that can either cut off escape routes, force enemies to back off due to the slow path, or knockup enemies to buy time to either go for the kill or run

But, Braum, as most supports, wont shine as bright with a bad adc/team
