I have the weirdest question

Hey, i dont know if im in the right place, but there's a thing i wanted to ask. Is there a way for a champion to remain in one specific movement animation? What im basically asking is, is if there is an option to make Jhin move for the whole game the way he moves when the game begins? Here is what i mean: http://imgur.com/a/SbGap - this is how jhin moves when he hasn't got his upgraded boots i believe. He basically moves like that when he has a normal boot and youmuus. http://imgur.com/a/h7Jkc - this on the other hand, is how he moves when he has upgraded boots. Im not sure if thats how it works, maybe it just changes when you break a specific value? What I know is that there is no such an option in the games options, and im not surprised since it's not really something that would bother any sane person. But im not a one, and i was hoping maybe there is a such when you somehow mess with the game files or something? There are custom skins right? So maybe there is an option for that too?

For a clarification, jhin has 3 movement animations : 1, when he starts the game and has no items or those that do not add movement speed 2, the one which he uses after breaking certain amount of MS 3, a homeguard animation
