Weird MF interaction with the new item and keystone

I was goofing around in the practice tool with Miss Fortune when I found what seems to be a glitch. If you take Hail of Blades, Stormrazer, and RFC, and you use attack move to kite your target, it will proc RFC and Hail of Blades, but you won't actually auto attack them so both effects go on cooldown. It will proc RFC's damage, but nothing else.
