Role Selection

I had just recently played a game where I started noticing something strange. I had 2 or 3 people in my lobby (this is ranked) trying to switch around their roles. Just a side note this is silver elo. I was thinking to myself, why is everyone having to switch? Something doesn't seem right here. And at the end of the game our adc mentioned they hadn't gotten their first role all day. Whether that be out of 2 games or 10 games I don't know but what I do know is no one should be having to say that. Maybe I'm an ape and I have no clue what I'm talking about but I think role selection needs to be looked at. Or at least rename it to something that fits whats going on.

Also don't give me the excuse of "just learn X role." No just stop. Not anyone's fault they don't care for a certain aspect of the game.
