can we have role switch capability

hi, people have noticed that you can get banned if you don't go in your assigned lane, just automatically. also, there is some rumours that the role placement mechanics too often places you in your second pick, there's even rumour it's possible to have a team where everyone gets their second pick role but if they talk it out can figure out a way to get some of them in their first pick role!

so I propose a simple solution: allow us to lane swap in champ select :)
