Doom Bots Tear says you gain 8 mana on tear and 12 on seraphs but you don't

The tooltip for tear on doom bots says you gain 8 mana per cast, and Seraphs being 12 mana per. But it's still only giving 4 mana and 8 mana respectively

rly why have the fucking pbe when its a bunch of mooches trying out skins on old champs they clearly aren't testing for bugs

Testing tear mana gain on a mode that's only there for a few days... you do realize we don't get paid for that right and it's all voluntary? Also from someone who usually tries new skin - I've noticed plenty of bugs relating to those skins such as skillshots not showing up that would've screwed the game on the live server.

If you're not actually helping with it please refrain yourself from making small minded comments.

I can confirm this bug. It's supposed to be using the faster stacking tear items from other modes, but they are bugging so that it is always 4 mana gain per spell activation regardless of what item you have, making it stack super slowly. Also it does not show the cool down on the stacking passive in your items.
