Greater Stealth Trinket

I may have missed it in the patch notes but is upgrading to Greater Stealth Trinket supposed to put it on cd?

Or is this a technical limitation?

hasnt it always?

when you buy a trinket it goes on CD. the same is true with base level trinkets as well.

Prior to the Greater Stealth Trinket getting 2 charges it didnt go on CD when you upgraded it but did if you switched it from the Blue or Red trinket.

As it is not a new trinket just an upgrade same goes for the upgrade for blue and red trinket, when you upgrade them (for gold) they don't go on cd as it is just enhanced and is not a entirely new item.
