Leveling Up Should Restore You Back to Full Health

As of now, all leveling up does is increase your health and mana by the amount that you gain per level. However, due to the high burst damage and poke in the game, I think that you should restore all of your health and maybe even mana after leveling up. This would encourage more plays to be fought around the concept of leveling up, and would help against heavy poke lanes.

What do you guys think? Would this be a good change for the game?

It's nice if you think about it for like less than a second. Trading would become pointless. Turret diving would be impossible. Teamfights would come down to blind luck.

This would be a pretty weird change, and super frustrating when your opponent pops a level slightly earlier than you and is fully healed and able to duel you into the ground immediately. Level ups are also frequent enough that this would probably HELP burst more than anything, as they typically burst you down quickly, while this model penalizes anyone who deals damage at a slower rate.

Can you imagine how utterly terrible it would be to bring a tank to critical health only for him to gain a level.

The concept is a nice thought, but it would make the game op. Because if both you and your opponent are fighting and one levels up is like what the hell can you do. It would cause alot more emotion in players. The health system right now is completely fine.
