Can you mute emotes?

Emotes are so fucking annoying... and I know you can mute them in game, but is there a way to mute them permanently without having to click all the mute buttons? Also, now the minions can fucking emote, so that's even more annoying and tilting. It's like Riot is trying to tilt people even harder... is there a setting to mute all emotes?

I really want to know if the minion emoting can be turned off. I don't care about players because I can just mute them. But now I have to watch minions do it too? It's honestly very annoying.

The scuttle crab emotes are the only ones that I find acceptable. They make me feel so bad I even apologized to it yesterday when I hit it with my Blitz passive on accident. Don't hurt the poor Rift Scuttler :(

On a serious note I really agree. I want something like /mute all for emotes because they're super annoying. It's not like I get tilted if you use an emote once because you've killed me, I just don't like the sound of emotes popping up 24/7 and I've seen so many people and teams do that nonstop.

that's exactly what rito's trying to do. think of it as a sort of entrapment. first they put the bait with all these cancerous emotes and then they throw the banhammer at you when you finally snap. to add insult to injury it takes roughly half a year of consistent playing to get out of honour level 0.

i doubt riot has an option or will add one to disable emotes. yes it's annoying but guess what they don't care. as long as they can make money of images that a twelve year old can produce in under 10 minutes in photoshop they're cool with it so don't even expect common sense changes like the fullmute command to work on emotes too.
